During this unprecedented time, I wanted to take a moment to inform everyone of the precautions I will personally be taking on behalf of my clients.
Call, Email and Drop-off Options
As always, I am available to call, even remotely, should I not be in the office. In order to maintain medically recommended social distance, if you need to drop off paperwork, please feel free to contact my office in advance.
If I am not available, or you feel more comfortable avoiding personal contact, I have a secure drop lockbox located outside the front door of my office. Just please inform me that your document has been dropped off so that I may retrieve it.
You can also email any documents to my attention at either angelolaw1@comcast.net or john@johnangelolaw.com.
Signed Documents
If I have a document that requires your review or signature, it can be forwarded to you by email. Furthermore, if a document requires your signature and you are able to print it at home or work, and with your permission, I can accommodate that as well. Please be aware that in many instances I will not need an original signature, so digitally signed documents are also accepted.
In-Person Precautions
I understand, however, that in-person appointments may be necessary. I will ensure that the necessary health and safety precautions are taken to sanitize all common areas both before and after appointments for the benefit of all client meetings.
Possible Delays
Finally, in these uncertain times there may be delays in the processing of your claim. Adjusters get sick, courts may be closed, agencies involved in aspects of your claim may encounter shortages in manpower. I will always make sure that my clients are fully informed regarding the status of their claim.
So, please follow the CDC guidelines, stay safe and healthy as we all work to get through this challenging moment in time.
Thank you,
Attorney John G. Angelo
